Abstract
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has emerged as a transformative technology in business optimization, enabling organizations to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs. This paper explores the strategic implementation of RPA in business processes, focusing on its impact on productivity, accuracy, and scalability. Through a comprehensive analysis of case studies and empirical data, the study highlights the benefits and challenges associated with RPA adoption in various sectors. The findings suggest that while RPA offers significant advantages, its successful implementation requires careful planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous monitoring.
