Abstract
ResumenEste artículo explora la práctica arqueológica en lo que respecta al estudio y publicación de artefactos sin contexto, particularmente elementos de armas y armaduras antiguas. Describe las razones por las que se cree que la publicación es perjudicial para la investigación arqueológica y considera la posible utilidad de algunos contraargumentos a través de un examen de la política de publicaciones de la European Association of Archaeologists.
