Abstract
In the age of rapidly changing business environment as well as workplace environment in the OSAT company, the practices of effective development training and certification are important to improve employee performance and quality of work. This paper examines the development and the monitoring of the employee’s compliance with certification using the LMS on a specific Semiconductor Company. The decentralization of the legacy system and other manual processes creates silos in the employee’s certification in this specific Semiconductor Company that impede the process due to manual validation and cross-checking. And this research used SDLC for the development and to assess a well-established Learning Management System for the semiconductor industry, a survey and time study have been conducted for data collection using TCT Model (Technology Continuance Theory Model )
