Abstract
iPose Studio is a sole proprietor owned by Marc Gavin Chua Sy Tu, that is into photo and advertising printing services. It focuses on the photo and advertising printing requirements of both B2B and B2C clients. Aside from printing, the business has field services such as photo video services on any events or activities, assessment of printing requirement of every establishment and installation of the printed advertising materials. The business accepts job orders online via email, Facebook, phone calls or walk-ins. iPose Studio made it more convenient to customers for its online job orders, by delivering the finished products at their doorstep or by installing the advertising printed materials to walls, store glass and trucks such as stickers, tarpaulin, sintra boards and others.
The business has two stores with 4 full time employees. The main store was established in March 2011 located at 87 F. Tañedo St. Tarlac City within downtown area of Tarlac City, then the branch store was established in May 2018, located at GF Osias Colleges bldg. which is two kilometers away from the main store along with its advertising printing machine due to inadequate space requirement from its main store. The setup of the stores planned to streamline the services and share the production since availability of the printing machines are one of its issues.
