Abstract
Retaining talent is a significant objective of every organization in any part of the world. This study will particularly investigate the factors that can considerably impact employee retention and its implications of retaining millennial employees in an organization. Being a quantitative research, it utilized inferential and descriptive statistics to measure relationship variables. In this study, a total sample size of 100 millennial employees from Metro Manila, ages 18 to 35 years, were taken for analysis through convenience and snowball technique. Primary data was collected using structured online questionnaire distributed through different social media platforms. Sequentially, the recommendations from this study may influence organizations in its strategy in retaining millennials.
