Abstract
The struggle between the right to privacy and freedom of expression has been a well-documented conflict. With the technological advancements available today, people can capture images as well as audio of persons while in the comfort of their own home. With this in mind, the researchers would like to delve deeper into a proposed legislation which would tackle this issue. This study shall attempt to look at the bill and its ability to protect the privacy rights of an individual and comparing it with its effects on freedom of expression.
