Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompotensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor kelurahan Daya Kota MakassarPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan Daya Kota Makassar, dengan populasi dan sampel seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 81 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui Uji Validitas, Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2), dengan mengunakan aplikasi SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel Budaya Organisasi dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Daya Makassar Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, Kinerja
