Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kecerdasan emosional dan Motivasi KErja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BTN Cabang Maros, adapun penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis kuantitaf yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas tentang pengruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja maka penulis menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh kecerdasan emosional tdk berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BTN cabang maros. Berdasarkan Uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh nilai koefisien kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,279. Menyatakan bahwa setiap terjadi kenaikan 1 skor untuk kecerdasan emosional akan diikuti dengan kenaikan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,279.
