Abstract
AI agents are defined as artificial entities to perceive the environment, make decisions and take actions. Inspired by the 6 levels of autonomous driving by Society of Automotive Engineers, the AI agents are also categorized based on utilities and strongness, as the following levels: L0, no AI, with tools taking into account perception plus actions; L1, using rule-based AI; L2, making rule-based AI replaced by IL/RL-based AI, with additional reasoning & decision making; L3, applying LLM-based AI instead of IL/RL-based AI, additionally setting up memory & reflection; L4, based on L3, facilitating autonomous learning & generalization; L5, based on L4, appending personality of emotion and character and collaborative behavior with multi-agents.
تُعرَّف وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي بأنها كيانات اصطناعية تهدف إلى إدراك البيئة، واتخاذ القرارات، وتنفيذ الإجراءات. واستلهاماً من المستويات الستة للقيادة الذاتية الصادرة عن جمعية مهندسي السيارات، يُصنَّف وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي أيضاً بناءً على المنفعة والقوة إلى المستويات التالية: المستوى 0 (L0): غياب تام للذكاء الاصطناعي، مع استخدام أدوات تراعي الإدراك بالإضافة إلى الإجراءات؛ المستوى 1 (L1): استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي القائم على القواعد؛ المستوى 2 (L2): استبدال الذكاء الاصطناعي القائم على القواعد بآخر قائم على التعلم بالتقليد/التعلم المعزز (IL/RL)، مع قدرات إضافية في الاستدلال واتخاذ القرار؛ المستوى 3 (L3): تطبيق ذكاء اصطناعي قائم على نماذج اللغة الكبيرة (LLM) بدلاً من الذكاء الاصطناعي القائم على (IL/RL)، مع تضمين إضافي للذاكرة والتأمل الذاتي؛ المستوى 4 (L4): بالاستناد إلى المستوى 3، إتاحة التعلّم الذاتي والتعميم؛ المستوى 5 (L5): بالاستناد إلى المستوى 4، إضفاء سمات شخصية تتضمن العاطفة والطباع، مع تبني سلوك تعاوني في بيئات متعددة الوكلاء.
