Abstract
Migraine, a debilitating neurological disorder affecting over 1 billion people worldwide, has long challenged medical science due to its complex pathophysiology and variable treatment responses. Single-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation (sTMS), a noninvasive central neuromodulation technique, has emerged as a promising therapeutic option. Developed by eNeura Inc., the SAVI Dual device leverages sTMS to provide both acute and preventive migraine relief by targeting hyperactive neural networks in the brain.
