Abstract
Educational institutions are the main pillars of nation building and development, where students not only acquire knowledge and skills but also learn social and moral values. However, the emergence of issues such as intolerance in these institutions can have a negative impact on the educational process and development. Intolerance towards different ideologies and cultures creates an environment where fear, conflict, and disharmony arise. As a result, students’ creativity, critical thinking, and personality development are limited, leading to a lack of mutual respect and empathy in society. Therefore, it is necessary to instill tolerance, harmony, and acceptance of differences of opinion in educational institutions in order to create a progressive and peaceful society..
