Abstract
MPSB1 was isolated from a copper mined-out soil sample collected from Mogpog, Marinduque, Philippines. Here, we report the draft genome sequence with predicted gene inventories supporting rhizosphere bioremediation, such as heavy metal tolerance, phosphate solubilization, and siderophore production.
