Abstract
Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación en torno al desuso y el uso incorrecto del relativo cuyo y sus efectos, realizada en la Facultad de lenguas de la UAEM, en los seminarios de morfosintaxis y en las aulas de traducción del francés y del inglés al español. De igual forma, el estudio realiza una revisión preliminar del desarrollo diacrónico de este pronombre, con especial énfasis en el español de México.
