Abstract
Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) digunakan untuk membantu pasien lumpuh dalam memulihkan kemampuannya untuk bergerak akibat kerusakan sistem saraf pusat, cedera tulang belakang atau stroke. FES menghantarkan pulsa elektrik ke saraf atau jaringan otot untuk mengaktifkan otot agar bergerak. Sistem muskuloskeletal manusia memiliki respon yang berbeda antara subjek dan perubahan karakteristik otot dari waktu ke waktu selama rangsangan listrik. Pengontrol fuzzy digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ketidaklinieran sistem otot. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembalikan kemampuan gerakan ekstensi sendi lutut menggunakan FES. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian sudut ekstensi target dapat dicapai dan mampu mengatasi respons subjek yang berbeda.
