Abstract
The article describes studies on the state of nonspecific resistance of the oral cavity, which was evaluated by studying the indicator of secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) and lysozyme activity (Liz). Quantitative determination of sIgA in oral fluid was performed by radial immunodiffusion.
