Abstract
El artículo tiene como objetivo construir una síntesis dialéctica del modelo estratégico actual de interrelación Gobierno-científicos de BioCubaFarma, por medio de un conjunto de pasos metódicos que integra la comparación y la crítica de fuentes a otros métodos del pensamiento lógico, como la interpretación y el análisis donde se revela la diferenciación y unidad de lo cualitativo y lo cuantitativo. El principal resultado de su aplicación es la presentación de la cualidad superior de la gestión pública de la salud colaborativa, cuya novedad con respecto a criterios foráneos está definida en función de la forma de propiedad estatal que organiza la apropiación social del conocimiento biotecnológico, para procurar los mejores, rápidos e inteligentes instrumentos colaborativos de control de las enfermedades.
