Abstract
Las agencias representantes de líneas navieras son un eslabón de la cadena logística de importación y exportación de mercancías en Cuba; tienen como principal actividad la de actuar como agente de buque y representación de las líneas navieras extranjeras que arriban a puertos cubanos. El presente artículo aborda un marco teórico-referencial acerca de la conceptualización, pertinencia y retos de la representación de líneas en Cuba, y presenta el enfoque de arquitectura empresarial como solución para la gestión del cambio con tecnologías de la información.
