The Importance of Waqf “The stop” and Ibteda “The beginning” in the science of Tajweed is obvious. It is considered a separate subject in Tajweed. It removes the complications of the scripture so that the meaning becomes clear to the reciter. Due to various schools of thoughts in the science of Tajweed, there are different opinions about various terms of Tajweed. This difference occurs in Waqf “The stop” and Ibteda “The beginning” as well, which affects the meaning of the verses, and the result of this difference come out in the shape of difference in various problems related to Fiqh. This research paper describes effects of the two mentioned terms on the difference in verse’s meanings and issues related to Islamic Fiqh. In particular, in the verses of the Holy Qur'an and its effects on the issues mentioned Hajj and Umrah will be discussed.
