Abstract
A crossover is observed in the differential cross sections for the inelastic processes ${K}^{0}p\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{Q}^{0}p$ and ${\overline{K}}^{0}p\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\overline{Q}}^{0}p$, from ${{K}_{L}}^{0}p$ data in the momentum range from 4 to 12 GeV/c. This phenomenon is evidence that Regge, in addition to Pomeranchukon, exchanges contribute to $Q$-meson production.
