Abstract
Many patients with ADHD have “sluggish cognitive tempo,” characterized by daydreaming, being underactive, and feeling spacey and lethargic. This RCT evaluated the use of lisdexamfetamine in adults to reduce these symptoms as well as those of ADHD.
