Abstract
China's new development pattern of "dual circulation" means that both domestic circulation and international circulation promote each other. This development model allows us to take advantage of the opportunities to promote the high-quality development of China, which is the second largest economy in the world and with this new development paradigm it will continue to be the main driver of growth in the world, contributing to greater prosperity in China and development in the world. The article aims to analyze why China intends to build a new development pattern and how to accelerate its construction.
