Abstract
The Civil Aeronautical Institute of Cuba (IACC), subordinate to the Ministry of Transportation, is the entity in charge of executing the functions related to the exercise of the Aeronautical Authority and in its improvement process it works on the implementation of management by processes. Continuing to deepen the management by processes of the organization contributes to the assurance of the public goods and services of its responsibility, generating satisfactory results for its clients with the use of available resources and guaranteeing the safe and efficient development of air transport. The article aims to present the results achieved in the preparation of the IACC General Manual of Key Processes with emphasis on the representation of the Macro Process for Human Resources Management.
