Abstract
Vasculitic syndromes can induce a wide variety of neurological symptoms and may be associated with extremely poor prognosis. The correct diagnosis and classification is of prognostic and therapeutic relevance. In the following review the diagnostic and therapeutic approach to the various subtypes is discussed.
