Abstract
Energy distributions of electrons ejected in Ar3++Ar collisions were measured at collision energies of 4.3 and 6.6 MeV. The L-MM Auger peaks from the targets were distributed through 100 to 200 eV. The isolated peaks located at about 101 eV were observed for the first time; they were attributed to the L23-M1M2 Auger electrons from the target Ar ions which have six vacancies in the M23 shell.
