Abstract
This paper describes a ‘real-time’ system developed to control a magnetic field measuring device which is used in the production of field maps for large aperture magnets at the Rutherford Laboratory. The hardware will be described briefly and some of the principal features and facilities provided by the associated software will be discussed.
