Abstract
The article is concerned with an analysis of best practices undertaken by the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in terms of providing undergraduate students and PhD students with safety, security and anti-discrimination. A brief analysis of law and regulations preceded a discussion of the institutional arrangements for reporting such problems, as well as psychological support for members of the academic community.
