Abstract
Institutions play a key role in issues related to transportation. In Brazilian cities, approximately 50% of daily trips are done for the purpose of work. The corporate mobility concept is still incipient in Brazil, although widely spread interna-tionally. The development of corporate mobility plans stimulates more sustainable and efficient forms to travel to work. Through the analysis of 16 methods from countries where the concept is already established, we propose a roadmap adapted to the Brazilian reality, which helps organizations in the development of these plans. The method differs in six main points from those analyzed: (i) identification of the need, (ii) map of stakeholders, (iii) definition of scope and revision of initial targets, (iv) leading role of communication, (v) need for technical cooperation and (vi) data collection on costs. Through the proposed method, we expect to influence and help organizations in developing corporate mobility plans that will benefit employees, themselves and cities.
Institutionen spielen eine zentrale Rolle bei verkehrsbezogenen Fragestellungen. In brasilianischen Städten entfallen rund 50 % der täglichen Wege auf den Arbeitsweg. Das Konzept der betrieblichen Mobilität befindet sich in Brasilien noch in einem Anfangsstadium, wenngleich es international bereits weit verbreitet ist. Die Entwicklung betrieblicher Mobilitätspläne fördert nachhaltigere und effizientere Formen des Arbeitswegs. Anhand der Analyse von 16 Methoden aus Ländern, in denen das Konzept bereits etabliert ist, schlagen wir einen an die brasilianische Realität angepassten Leitfaden vor, der Organisationen bei der Entwicklung dieser Pläne unterstützt. Die Methode unterscheidet sich in sechs Hauptpunkten von den analysierten Ansätzen: (i) Identifikation des Bedarfs, (ii) Stakeholder-Mapping, (iii) Definition des Geltungsbereichs und Überarbeitung der ursprünglichen Zielsetzungen, (iv) führende Rolle der Kommunikation, (v) Notwendigkeit technischer Kooperation und (vi) Datenerhebung zu den Kosten. Mit der vorgeschlagenen Methode erwarten wir, Organisationen bei der Ausarbeitung betrieblicher Mobilitätspläne zu beeinflussen und zu unterstützen, von denen die Beschäftigten, die Organisationen selbst sowie die Städte profitieren werden.
