Abstract
This article presents a research which was elaborated on 2006, from the perspective of the science of Comparative Education, with the main goal of study the identity and the integration of the Syrian second generation of Madrid.Through a qualitative methodology, with an in-depth interview as a basic pillar, we have tried to approach to the daily life of these young people: what are the elements which they have chosen to identify themselves? The factors like study in an Arabic school in Madrid or to wear headscarf, will they make difficult the coexistence with the society in which they have were born and grew up? The answers of these and other questions will be responded by the interviwees.
