The criteria of a good test on physical exercise should have, among others, the following points: 1) the test involves only one participant; 2) the measurement technique is accurate and easy to be implemented; 3) the test is simple; 4) the skills and technique tested is approximately the same as the real situation during a game; 5) the test administered is comprehensive and accurate in line with the instruction; 6) the test is valid, reliable, and objective.
