Abstract
El presente trabajo aporta una visión de la construcción del Estado Autonómico desde los instrumentos de análisis empresarial. En este sentido, se realiza un bosquejo del desarrollo del proceso de descentralización de España a la luz de sus principales actores, los stakeholders de aquél. Como nota final se aboga por un incremento tanto del federalismo competitivo como cooperativo y de la solidaridad como garantías de estabilidad y eficacia del sistema.
This paper provides an overview of the construction of the Spanish Autonomous State using the business-analysis tools. In this sense, it makes a sketch of the development of the decentralization processin Spain in the light of its key players, its stakeholders. To conclude, a final note calls for an increase in both competitive and cooperative federalism and in solidarity as the guarantees of stability and effectiveness of the system.
