Abstract
The paper deals with the issue of the election strategy of the Czech Green Party for the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic in 2006, which ended up successfully for this party. With the help of the conceptual framework of market position strategies, it describes the position of this party before the elections. It deals with the differences between the electoral programmes of the parliamentary parties and the Czech Green Party, pointing out the issues that the Green Party brought to the election campaign. The paper also introduces partial strategies, such as personal, financial, communication and inter-party relations strategies.
