Abstract
Combinar educação e trabalho constitui alguns dos pressupostos do processo de formação no campo da saúde apresentados neste artigo, cujo propósito foi analisar as ofertas de formação empregadas por instituições do campo da saúde mental, no estado do Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Optamos por uma pesquisa qualitativa a partir da seleção de uma amostra de instituições comprometidas com processos educativos nessa área (universidades e secretarias de saúde). A coleta de dados envolveu o contato com informantes e a análise de documentos, privilegiando as seguintes variáveis: público-alvo, duração, periodicidade, natureza, tipo de ação formativa e projeto político-pedagógico. Foram encontradas várias propostas de formação em saúde mental em diferentes tipos de instituições. A pesquisa resultou na elaboração de um mapa de instituições e ações formativas: uma matriz analítica da formação e qualificação na área de saúde mental na região.
يُشكّل الجمع بين التعليم والعمل أحد المُنطلقات لعملية التأهيل في المجال الصحي المعروضة في هذا المقال، والذي هدف إلى تحليل عروض التدريب والتأهيل المُقدَّمة من قِبل مؤسسات مجال الصحة النفسية في ولاية ريو دي جانيرو، البرازيل. وقد اعتمدنا بحثًا نوعيًا قائمًا على اختيار عيّنة من المؤسسات المعنية بالعمليات التعليمية في هذا المجال (الجامعات وأمانات الصحة). وشمل جمع البيانات التواصل مع المخبرين وتحليل الوثائق، مع التركيز على المتغيرات التالية: الفئة المستهدفة، والمدة، والدورية، والطبيعة، ونوع النشاط التدريبي، والمشروع السياسي-التربوي. وقد رُصدت مقترحات تدريبية وتأهيلية متعددة في مجال الصحة النفسية لدى مختلف أنواع المؤسسات. وأسفر البحث عن إعداد خارطة للمؤسسات والأنشطة التدريبية: مصفوفة تحليلية للتدريب والتأهيل في مجال الصحة النفسية بالمنطقة.
