Abstract
The performance of an organization depends on how efficientlymanagers use the elements specific to an organizational culture through the medium ofcommunication. The organizational communication is a combination of conscious andunconscious, rational and irrational or individual and mass human elements, among whichthere are numerous inter-conditionings which influence the functionality and performancesof the organization. The approach based on the organizational culture allows theidentification of the human-kind elements within the firm, which have implications upon itsactivity, ensures some further knowledge, understanding and fundament of decisions and hasa major impact upon functionality and performances.
