Abstract
La profesora Amparo García hace una serie de reflexiones desde un país sin ejército, acerca de quienes todavía piensan que hay que hacer la guerra para conseguir la paz ("Si vis pacen para bellum", decían los romanos y defienden muchos militares). En su breve ensayo sobre Kosovo se hace una serie de preguntas capaces de hacer reflexionar al lector y cuestiona el papel y, obre todo, los "errores" de la Otan en sus bombardeos.
