Abstract
Досліджено особливості фінансово-економічного механізму ведення господарської діяльності на державних сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Визначено методичні засади й прикладні напрями поліпшення мотиваційного механізму працівників державних аграрних підприємств до підвищення ефективності виробництва продукції. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення оплати праці на державних сільськогосподарських підприємствах.
