Abstract
The article substantiates the need to regulate the regional innovation development based on evaluation of economic efficiency of financial support given to research institutions and enterprises in regions for making innovation activities. A number of indicators that can determine the efficiency of costs incurred on innovation and productivity of workers employed in innovative and scientific sector is offered. The analysis of actual data for the regions of Ukraine is given.
В статье обоснована необходимость регулирования регионального инновационного развития на основе оценки экономической эффективности финансового обеспечения инновационной деятельности научных учреждений и предприятий регионов. Предложен ряд показателей, позволяющих определить эффективность понесенных затрат на инновационную деятельность и производительность труда работников, занятых инновационной и научной деятельностью. Приведен анализ фактических данных по регионам Украины.
