Abstract
Estar vivo corporalmente é compreender a forma interior do nosso corpo. Despertar a consciência da existência de um corpo simbólico é um trabalho interessante, gradativo e árduo e, de certa forma, depende de estudos teóricos e pesquisa prática. Embutido nas expressões corporais existe toda uma simbologia. É quase impossível compreender o “corpo simbólico” sem remetermos ao mito. O corpo exterioriza a imagem criada pelo próprio corpo. Cada parte do corpo expressa o seu interior. Cada parte do corpo expressa conscientemente ou não, as crenças individuais ou coletivas.
