Abstract
A pesquisa bibliográfica que tivemos que fazer para completar outro trabalho (1), levou-nos a consultar, por indicação do Dr . Pimentel Barata, o manuscrito Memorial de várias cousas importantes (2) onde se encontram dois dos mais importantes documentos res-peitantes à organização da "Armada Invencível", que Filipe II de Espanha lançou contra a Inglaterra em 1588.
