Abstract
“Diversidade” tornou-se uma palavra de ordem em torno da qual existem entendimentos
distintos. Desde que ganhou a arena política, ele costuma circular em acepções muito vagas.
Do que e de quem estamos falando? Quem ficou de fora? Alguém ficou mais no centro ou
mais à margem? De que modo são representadas diferentes categorias sociais nos discursos
acerca da diversidade? Como os sujeitos envolvidos respondem às representações que se
constroem acerca deles? E assim por diante.
