Abstract
La médiation pénale des adultes n'est pas légiférée en Espagne. Depuis le 2000 il y a des projets isolés. En 2007 il commence un projet national avec la participation de nombreux tribunaux. Cela permet de dire qu'en Espagne il y a une médiation pénale d'adultes de facto avec une répercussion publique qui augmente progressivement.In Spain, there is not a specific legislation concerning the penal mediation in the Criminal Court; from 2000, isolated projects are introduced. In 2007 a national project began and nowadays it is spread within numerous Courts. So, in Spain penal mediation is put to use with public effects that increase progressively.
