Abstract
El objetivo del presente estudio fue obtener una escala de calidad percibida por los espectadores de baloncesto válida, fiable y reducida. Mediante la aplicación de modelos de ecuaciones estructurales se redujo la escala Eventual a nueve ítems y tres dimensiones con buenos indicadores de fiabilidad y validez. La estructura factorial resultante determinó como dimensiones de calidad para los espectadores de baloncesto a los tangibles, el personal y los servicios complementarios.
