It is a pleasure to present the number 38 of the Journal of the Faculty of Law corresponding to the first half of 2015. (...)

Information:

• Our journal on the list of resources from institutional repository of the University of the Republic, Colibrí, "digital collection of open access that groups and protects the production of the University of the Republic, in order to preserve their memory, put this production available to the whole society and contribute to increase public knowledge and visibility, as well as enhance and facilitate new productions ".

• In joint management of the Network of scientific publishers, the Journal of the Faculty of Law integrates the list of scientific publications of Uruguay in Timbó Portal.

• Continue the process of digitizing back issues of the Journal.
