Abstract
RESUMEN: La ley de Urso se desentiende de las aportaciones económicas que sean actos de liberalidades. Considera sólo los ingresos por tnunus, stipites, munitio, los procedentes de un tipo de multas y los aportados por la caja pública. Sólo los poderes civiles deciden sobre la administración de tales ingresos.

ABSTRACT: When the lex Ursonensis deals with the sacra publica doesn't consider the economic incomes from the liberalities and nor they from ob honorem. The lex considers only the incomes from munus, stipites, munitio, they who come from a certarin fine and the others contributed from the arkapublica. Only the civil powers decide about the administration of the mentioned incomes.
