Abstract
Las formas alternativas de resoluciónde conflictos –ADR- tienen su origen enel ámbito anglosajón en la década de los setentay, progresivamente, se han ido extendiendoa otros contextos, como el europeo yel latinoamericano, principalmente en la décadade los noventa. Formas como la negociación,la conciliación y la mediación vanganando adeptos. Prestamos especial referenciaa la mediación y, más concretamente,a la mediación familiar. Nos ocupamos de suorigen, evolución y servicios de mediaciónfamiliar existentes. Analizamos principalmentelas diversas experiencias de mediaciónfamiliar en Latinoamerica (Brasil).The alternative ways of resolutionof conflicts – ADR (Alternative DisputeResolution – were born in the Anglo Saxonsphere during the seventies and, they havebeen gradually spreading to other cultures,such as the European and the Latin American,mainly in the nineties. Negotiation,conciliation and mediation are ways that arewinning supporters. We attach specialattention to mediation. To the familiarmediation to be precise. We deal with itsorigin, evolution and the current familymediation services. We analyze the variousexperiences of family mediation in LatinAmerican (Brazilian).
