Abstract

América Latina ha sido testigo en los últimos años de un fuerte dinamismo del movimiento de la economía
social y solidaria, que ha sido acompañado primero por la instalación de políticas públicas y luego
por el surgimiento de legislación específica. Las características de esas legislaciones responden a diversas
orientaciones que serán analizadas con el propósito de mostrar aspectos en común como especificidades por
parte de los distintos países.
