The purpose of this article is to evaluate the quality of the semi-urban interstate road passenger service, from the Federal District region and its bordering towns. In this regard is used a multicriteria methodology model for decision aid – constructivist (MCDA-C) built jointly with specialists from the Postgraduate Program in Transportation of the University of Brasília - UnB. The semi-urban interstate transportation service of passengers of the Federal District and its bordering towns transports daily thousands of users from their homes, in the cities of the State of Goiás bordering the Federal District, to their places of work and study in Brasilia, and in the Federal District cities. The service must be provided with quality, since it has to be consider the level of satisfaction of all the actors involved. The results show that users are not satisfied with the quality of services rendered by the operating companies, besides indicating the points that need to be prioritized to improve the quality of the semi-urban service of the Federal District.
