Abstract
Currently, many public values the motivation process and the search of prospects cultural development of modern Ukrainian society is inextricably linked with intense philosophical axiological development issues. Versatility value ratio and permeability of human life in general, it is one of the reasons blur the concept of «value» in philosophy. Although it seems as if intuitively understandable, a value conceals existential depth, causes considerable complexity of analysis and justification. Coming in a world that already exists, a person perceives and understands the conditions of his own existence, which is not simply due to financial activity, such as through value­financial activities, where valuable and material exist in interdependence. Any material penetrated by human action certain value ratio as an object to which this action is directed, and to the action itself. Value­ratio can occur occur in isolation from the material actions. They exist in the organic integrity, in which one provides otherwise. Although the value and always connected with the subject of the material world and thought it can not be equated with real objects. It is sensually expresses the ideal of human integrity and relevance to the subject. The value is on the verge of material and ideal and combines them in a qualitatively different «thing», so it is necessary to distinguish between material and spiritual aspects expression value ratio. Regarding financial ratio values, an expression of utilitarian relations, taken in their totality. Spiritual expression value ratio is fixed manifested in ethical and sacred forms of social consciousness through «absolute», «high» and «universal» values. The value ­ only an expression of human life.
