Abstract
Abstract: Calibrated Local Governmental Test Item Bank in the Face of Decentralization. The purpose of this study is to develop a caliberated test item bank to face the era of decentralization. The data in the research and development (R & D) project were collected through a delphi study, documen­tation, observations, and interviews. The project resulted in caliberated test item bank system, supple­mented with a guide book that has undergone limited try-out, revision, wide-scale try-out, and dissemi­nation. This system was then enriched with the addition of new items for mathematics and English. The system is presented on a website uny.ac.id under the Centre for Policy Studies and Testing System in Research and Community Service Institution of Yogyakarta State University. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem bank soal daerah terkalibrasi untuk menyongsong era de­sentralisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and de­velopment). Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui delphi, dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu telah dikembangkannya sis­tem bank soal daerah yang telah terkalibrasi, beserta buku panduan pemanfaatannya yang telah melalui ujicoba terbatas, revisi, ujicoba skala luas, dan desiminasi. Sistem Bank soal ini kemudian diperkaya dengan penambahan butir baru untuk matapelajaran matematika dan bahasa Inggris. Sistem bank soal ini disajikan pada laman uny.ac.id dibawah Pusat Studi Kebijakan dan Sistem Pengujian Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta.
