Abstract
Eventhough psoriasis is common id Down's syndrome only few cases are reported in literature. Both Down's syndrome and psoriasis are associated with elterations in cyclic nucleotides. This case is reported to heighten the awareness of common biochemical defects in psoriasis and Down's syndrome.
