Abstract
Esta publicación se centra en el proceso de selección de Directores de Colegio. El origen del problema de investigación radica en la necesidad de optimizar un proceso de selección para docentes directivos con la finalidad que pueda ser utilizado por cualquier Sostenedor Municipal. La propuesta incorpora un proceso de selección en tres etapas, manteniendo aquellos elementos de la selección tradicional que son relevantes e incorpora elementos nuevos que marcan el énfasis en las competencias del candidato.
